Here are sixteen famous English proverbs or sayings. However, there are key words to select for each one. Choose the correct words, from the lists suggested . 

1.    Don’t count your chickens before they’re (roasted / hatched / grown up).
2.    People who live in glass houses shouldn’t (throw stones / misbehave / have secrets.)
3.    Where there’s a will there’s a ( won’t / bill / way / lawyer).
4.    A bird in the hand is worth two in the (pot / bush / stomach).
